Event Overview
The Mentor–Mentee Program was a dedicated mentoring track conducted as part of AISYWLC 2025, the flagship annual congress of the IEEE India Council. The initiative was designed to foster meaningful, long-term mentoring relationships between students, early-career professionals, and experienced IEEE members from academia and industry.
The program focused on aligning mentor–mentee expectations, encouraging open exchange of experiences, and helping participants define clear professional and personal development goals. By integrating structured mentoring within a national-level IEEE congress, the session provided mentees with direct access to seasoned professionals and thought leaders from across India.
