Event Overview
IEEE Mentoring Meet Egypt 2025 marked the third national edition of the mentoring initiative and represented a strategic shift toward micro-mentoring through one-to-one sessions. Unlike earlier editions that focused on group interactions, this version was designed to deliver highly personalized mentorship, allowing each mentee to receive tailored guidance aligned with their academic background and career aspirations.
To ensure relevance with current and future workforce demands, the organizing team introduced multiple technical and career-focused tracks, covering emerging technologies, core engineering disciplines, and professional development. The program brought together mentors from leading universities and top industry organizations, offering mentees a balanced perspective from both academia and industry.
This edition significantly strengthened IEEE Egypt’s mentorship culture by fostering focused dialogue, practical career advice, and sustainable mentor–mentee relationships beyond the event.
