Event Overview
IEEE Mentoring Meet Jordan 2025 was a multi-month, structured mentoring program designed to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals. Unlike single-day mentoring events, this initiative followed a longitudinal mentorship journey, enabling sustained engagement, deeper learning, and stronger mentor–mentee relationships.
The program combined eight topic-driven online mentoring sessions with a full-day in-person closing meetup, ensuring continuity, accountability, and practical impact. Participants benefited from expert guidance across career planning, emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and professional skills, while mentors played an active role in shaping participants’ academic and career trajectories.
This edition significantly strengthened IEEE Young Professionals’ role in career readiness, leadership development, and regional mentorship excellence in Jordan and neighboring countries.

In-Person Final Meetup
A full-day closing event featuring:
