MINAS was a focused mentoring initiative designed to connect final-year students and young professionals with experienced mentors from academia, industry, business, and entrepreneurship. Delivered alongside the IEEE Brazil National Meeting of Students and Young Professionals—the largest IEEE gathering in the country—the event leveraged a national platform to maximize reach, diversity, and impact.
The program emphasized career direction, professional readiness, and leadership development through meaningful mentor–mentee exchanges. By combining individual and group mentoring with a practical professional workshop, MINAS created a balanced environment for both personalized guidance and peer learning.
