The mentoring-meet event at ISGT-LA 2023 in San Juan, Puerto Rico took place on the second to the last day of the conference, prior to the conference gala dinner from 6:00 – 7:00 PM. Mentors and mentees gathered in a roundtable discussion, each providing a brief intro to their occupation and personal lives such as what they do for fun and how they aim for a work-life balance. Once completing the roundtable with all participants, mentees and/or mentors were able to ask questions to the floor and any single participant could provide an answer. Overall, very successful.
