Summary
The Mentoring Program was host by the IEEE Brazil Council inside the IEEE National Meeting of Student
Branches and National Meeting of Young Professionals 2023 / TechX Brazil Council 23 and took place on October 14th with a 45-minute mentoring session, from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM in the Regional Council of Engineering and Architecture – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Mentees and Mentors connected personally in the event in a room to have the mentoring time.

Assessment against KPIs
A parallel session was hosted with 8 in-person and 1 online Mentors. In total, 18 people in 9 couples Mentee-Mentor joined the activity. One mentee and one mentor were not able to attend. In total, there were 3 mentors from academia, 3 from industry and 1 entrepreneur. At the end of the event all the mentees and mentors filled a webform and the KPIs were really great, with an average score of 9 out of 10.
